Radonova Laboratories, the global leader in radon measurement

Radonova laboratories, formerly Landauer Nordic and Gammadata Mätteknik, was founded in 1986 following the Chernobyl nuclear accident. Following the disaster, the Swedish government commissioned a group of researchers from Uppsala University to measure the radioactive fallout from the accident inside and outside Sweden. Thus, a young company with a bright future was born.

Over the recent years Radonova has expended significantly especially in Europe and US / Canada due to the evolution of the local regulations being more strict.

In 2021, Radoova acquired GM Scientific, one of the three global companies producing CR-39 films used as sensor in passive radon measurement solutions.

ISO 17025 accreditation, an essential guarantee of quality

This evaluation aims to certify a laboratory performing analysis samples to the highest quality level possible. Since 1995, Radonova never failed keeping its accreditation.

Most of the measurements we sell are performed within the framework of strict regulations that require the laboratory in charge of the analysis of the samples to be accredited ISO 17025.
